All orders of Lonbali products are subject to availability. If any product is not available once the order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or by telephone. At that time you can modify your order or cancel it.

The order will not be processed until it is accepted and the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as an acknowledgment of receipt, but this will not imply that the order has been accepted. The Agreement between you and Lonbali will only be formalized after sending an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order is being sent and only for the articles related in the confirmation.

All shipments are made through Zeleris courier company. Phone number: +34 902 122 333. We only ship to Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Contact us for shipments to different geographic areas, to confirm the price and shipping options.

All shipments have an urgent format of 24-48h, orders that are confirmed before 4pm will arrive the next business day. In the case of custom products the shipment can take between 3-5 days.

Orders to Peninsula and Balearic Islands have a shipping cost of € 5.95, except for the small purses, if sent individually, will cost € 3.95.

The above delivery expenses may be reduced or even eliminated in case of special promotions that, eventually or temporarily, can establish LONBALI FASHION, S.L.

Once the order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an e-mail notifying that your order has been accepted and is being shipped along with a tracking code of your package. The transport company will try to deliver the package at destination, in case this does not succeed they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided on your form, so it is important that you pay attention to cover the delivery address information. We will not be responsible in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Depending on the payment method selected, once the order is placed, no change in the shipping address will be allowed.

If we can not deliver, the courier company will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date. If you wish to change the initially selected delivery address, the expenses that such modification generates will be assumed in any case by you.

The price of the products will be the stipulated in each moment in our web site. Lonbali reserves the right to modify the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. These modifications will not affect, in any case, the orders that we have already sent the confirmation of shipment.
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the legally valid at any time.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT). Transportation costs, as well as taxes and fees for entry and exit of the product (if applicable) are not included in the price.
Any order placed must be paid immediately after the order confirmation. Only orders will be processed if the payment has been completed and verified.
